  • You have to ask for a return or exchange within 7 days of getting the item.
  • You can return or exchange items that are damaged or not what you ordered.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange:

If your order is wrong or damaged, please contact our customer service team through WhatsApp, phone, or email and send them pictures of the item.

3. Refunds:

  • If you return something that is approved, you will get your money back using the same payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it could take 3 to 7 business days to process your refund.

4. Exchanges:

You can exchange items that are broken, wrong, or damaged. Get in touch with us to set up a replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Customers can’t return or exchange items that they have used, opened, or damaged.
